WE CAN HELP STABILIZE THE SAND AROUND YOUR PROJECT SITES - DUST CONTROL, ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND BERM STABILIZATION.

Main Uses of our technology:

Soil Stabilization and Sand Migration Control: Used for Roads, Railways, Car Parks and Industrial Facilities.
Erosion control: Used for Trails, Paths, Access Roads, Cuttings and Embankments, and Road Shoulders.
Dust Control: Used for Roads, Parking Areas, Winds Farms, Helicopter Pads, Industrial Facilities and Loading Facilities.
Road Construction: Used for reinforcing Soil in wet & dry conditions, increasing load bearing capacity, reducing soil permeability, stabilizing sub-bases and increased durability.
Pipeline Berm Construction: Stabilizes the soil as a protection cap over the pipelines, and Eco-Friendly for the environment. A more cost-effective solution to the Marl protection used generally.

Polymer basic specifications:

Locally produced in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Water-based liquid concentrate.
Supplied in IBC’s – for easier delivery and application.
Requires site dilution before applying specific to the project needs.

Non-Flammable / Non-Hazardous / Non-Corrosive.
Durable & Water-Resistant, Easy application and Long-lasting solution.
High Solid Content – TF1000: 48%-1% / TF-2000: 50%-1% / TF-5000: 61%-63%

TF1000: Forms a wind-resistant crust, stable under wet conditions, and stable under high/low temperatures.

TF2000: Designed for non-traffic dust control applications, can withstand foot traffic, excellent sand penetration, stable under high and low temperatures, and stable under wet conditions.

TF5000: Designed for Road construction, polymer road or sub-base improvement, increases bearing capacity, excellent sand penetration, forms a wind-resistant crust, stable under high and low temperatures, and stable under wet conditions.
